本日、一部の台湾の政治家がSNS上で、私・中山泰秀が「頼清徳総統の意向を第三者に伝えた」とする虚偽の発言を拡散しています。
私はこのような発言を一切しておらず、また第三者を通じて伝えた事実も一切存在しません。

これは極めて悪質なフェイクニュースであり、私の名誉を著しく毀損するものです。
断固として抗議し、必要に応じて法的措置も検討いたします。

我從未發表或透過他人傳達任何有關賴清德總統的類似言論。
此事完全是惡意捏造的假消息，我鄭重抗議，並保留追訴權。

2025年4月25日付でSNS上に拡散された、蔡正元氏による「中山泰秀が頼清徳総統による人物攻撃の意図を伝えた」とする投稿内容について、私は中山泰秀本人として、断固として否定いたします。

そのような事実は一切なく、私がそのような発言をしたことも、第三者を通じて伝えたこともありません。これは明白なフェイクニュースであり、極めて悪質かつ看過できない名誉毀損行為です。

この虚偽情報を流布・拡散した一切の関係者に対し、強く抗議の意を表しますとともに、必要に応じて法的措置も検討いたします。

私の名を騙るいかなる虚偽の発言にも断固として対処し、事実無根であることを国内外に明確に示す所存です。

ここに厳重に抗議を申し上げます。

針對2025年4月25日，蔡正元先生在社群媒體上所發布的言論，聲稱「中山泰秀傳話指出賴清德總統意圖整肅特定人士」，本人中山泰秀在此鄭重澄清，該言論完全不屬實，本人從未發表過類似言論，更不曾透過任何第三者傳達此類訊息。

此一說法純屬惡意捏造的不實資訊（假消息），已嚴重損害本人名譽，絕不可等閒視之。

本人對於此一惡意造謠與擴散虛假資訊之行為表達最嚴正之抗議，並保留一切法律追訴權利。

針對任何冒用本人名義所發表之虛假發言，本人將嚴正應對，並將透過適當方式，向國內外鄭重澄清此事完全子虛烏有、毫無根據。

特此嚴正聲明與抗議。

【Protest Statement】

To Whom It May Concern,

Regarding the statement circulated on social media on April 25, 2025, in which Mr. Tsai Cheng-yuan alleges that “Yasuhide Nakayama conveyed that President Lai Ching-te intended to target certain individuals” — I, Yasuhide Nakayama, categorically and unequivocally deny these allegations.

There is absolutely no truth to this claim. I have never made such a statement, nor have I instructed any third party to relay any such message. This is a blatant piece of fake news and a reprehensible act of defamation that cannot be tolerated.

I hereby express my strongest protest to all individuals and parties involved in the creation and dissemination of this false information. Legal actions will be considered if necessary.

I will not allow my name to be used in any false narrative, and I intend to make it explicitly clear — both domestically and internationally — that these claims are entirely baseless.

This is a formal and resolute protest.
