死刑是正義最後一道防線，台灣有八成民意均反對廢死，這對受害者家屬而言，是一種公正的體現，是維護社會秩序與保護無辜人民的最終手段。

明天死刑釋憲案結果出爐，大法官應該做正確的判斷，不然只是反民主。
