（中時）「福洋266號」本月5日凌晨在釣魚台北方230浬海域作業時，遭到日本水產廳公務船攔下，盛姓船長與洪姓輪機長遭日方扣押，經漁業署協調，由蔡姓船東匯出600萬6000日圓（約合新台幣121萬元）後才於傍晚獲釋，船東痛批日方像土匪「要錢才放人」，也不滿政府護漁不夠強硬。
