箱屍命案主嫌陳同佳，想來台投案，內政部說不准，不過這樣就無法來台了嗎，據了解，若陳同佳，有辦法以第三地入境，搭乘非國籍航空，即便內政部不發入台證，部分非邦交國家，仍有可能給買機票，而一下飛機就會被通報，在空橋遭航警逮補，原機遣返。

對於陳同佳願來台投案，卻遭到蔡政府拒絕，行政院長蘇貞昌諷刺，又不是來台灣身體檢查，似乎為了操作「芒果乾」議題，蔡政府上下口徑很一致。不過卻被發現，內政部長徐國勇，過去上節目，高談管轄權主權問題，對比現在態度大不同，藍委開轟，根本睜眼說瞎。
