韓粉李小姐83歲的爸爸，今年6月肺炎住進加護病房，高雄市長韓國瑜還特地錄了一段影片幫他打氣，相約病情好轉，要到雲林泡茶。最後老爸爸沒能挺過，但韓國瑜信守承諾，送了兩罐茶葉到靈堂，所以韓國瑜這傾聽之旅雲林站，李小姐舉牌感謝。
