#平行宇宙 ❓ 陶本和：蔡英文助拳侯友宜 新北市早在4月28日已邀請620家基層診所，共同啟動居家照護第三階段計畫，投入居家照護以及遠距醫療；然而總統府發言人 #張惇涵 22日表示，總統蔡英文已在19日親自致電協調新北醫師公會投入防疫工作，對此新北市政府表示相當疑惑，不知道總統是反應慢半拍還說想 #割稻尾。 張惇涵18日接受網路節目專訪，也曾透露蔡英文總統在疫情期間，多次親自打越洋電話，分秒力爭，替國人搶購疫苗。 不知道總統府是不是位處另一個平行宇宙呢？
